April 22nd, it’s Earth Day

Today is Earth Day. It almost sounds like “birthday”. ;)

So, what are we going to do to celebrate?

We can learn to recycle. With my mom, I learned to sort out the trash and put it in the right bin: paper, plastic, compost, etc.

We could also do crafts: take an egg box and put some compost in each compartment. Then plant some seeds in it (I recommend basil for instance, which you can use when you help the grown-ups cook), that you’ll cover with a small layer of compost. Water gently. If you keep your mini garden indoors, be sure to place it on a plate to avoid water leaks.

…or just marvel at nature!
