Ptit Bunny's Little Cards - Gratitude



This week, I will be the one speaking on the Blog, and I will be addressing the "grown ups"!

I'm counting on you to share with your children the cards that I created, with "Ptit Bunny Emojis" created by Stéphanie.


Seven little cards inspired from the principles of positive psychology. To awaken your children to what makes them happy and help them grow serenely.


What to do? Take five minutes to discuss a card. Ask your children to share their ideas and feelings, and take this opportunity to do the exercise yourself. This moment of sharing is a real boost of positive energy!


When? At breakfast for a good start of the day, or after brushing your teeth at night; in the car on the way to school, or on the way to sports practice or any other activity.


Including these cards in your daily routine would be the best! Do the same exercise the next day with another card, and repeat as many times as you’d like!
